The registration portal will be customised to your conference and has the ability to customise your delegate registration experience. All elements can be managed through the one system and there is no need for manual forms. This includes the conference and workshop sessions, waiting lists for sessions, accommodation, social events and tour programs.
On-site management An integral part of our service is the on-site commitment to your conference. Your Conference Manager and their team will be on-site and in uniform for the duration of the build-up and pull-down of the event.
ICMS will act as the main liaison with the venue and all sub-contractors including caterers, audio-visual and exhibition hire companies to ensure the smooth running of the conference, exhibition and ancillary events. All included at no additional charge.
Administration does matter ICMS can manage all administration matters with the provision of a central office, postal and email addresses for receipt of registrations and fees. And will handle all correspondence, records, reports and filing relating to your event, including registration of business name and taxation requirements.
